Sign a PDF Online in Your Browser

Online PDF signing is useful when you need a quick workflow on a device with a modern browser and do not want to open a desktop PDF editor.

When is an online tool useful?

An online tool can help with straightforward documents that need a visual signature, such as internal forms or approval letters. DSign lets you select the page and adjust placement on a preview.

  • No desktop PDF editor installation.
  • Works on desktop and mobile devices.
  • Download the result immediately after processing.

How DSign works

Your browser selects the file, removes near-white pixels from the signature image, displays the preview, and calculates coordinates before final processing. The PDF and signature are sent to the API only when you select the processing button.

The API uses private temporary files to place the image, returns the result directly, and removes the input, signature, result, and temporary directory before the request completes.

Tips for a clean result

Use a high-contrast signature image. Keep the signature away from the page edge and avoid covering important information. Open the downloaded result and inspect it before sharing.
