How to Insert a Signature into a PDF
If you already have a photo or scan of your signature, image quality and placement determine how clean the finished PDF looks.

Use white paper, even lighting, and contrasting ink. Crop excessive empty space if possible. DSign accepts PNG, JPG, and JPEG files, removes near-white pixels in the browser, and validates the image again during temporary API processing.
- Avoid strong shadows on the paper.
- Keep every stroke inside the image.
- Do not use an extremely low-resolution image.
Place the image on a PDF page
Upload the PDF, select Upload Signature, and choose the signature image. When its preview appears, select the document page and drag the box into the signature area.
Adjust the width with the size control or resize handles. Keep the original proportions so the signature does not look distorted.
Review the document context
Make sure the signature does not cover names, dates, stamps, or important terms. If a document requires digital identity, an electronic certificate, or an audit trail, a visual signature image alone may not meet those requirements.
